-
- The first monitor I had on my A1000 was an A1902A, I just used the
- composite input with a standard RCA cable.
-
- >Question #3: What are the possibilities for adding a HD?
-
- I have a ICD Novia 60 2.5" in there now. Very nice.
-
- I also have a Spirit 1.5 mb ram board in it too.
-
- >Question #4: I was also told NOT to connect any devices to the serial port
- >(such as a modem) as it is not standard. is this true? Is the parallel
- >port standard?
-
- All you need is a gender changer on the serial port. I've used my Supra
- 14.4 modem on my A1000 with out problems.
-
- I did get a special printer cable for the A1000.
-
- I've spent about $1000.00 USA on my system. Now I have a killer A1200
- set-up and hardly ever turn on the A1000 anymore.
-
- I guess I've rambled too. Good luck.
